How the Method Was Born

A Directory, a Detour, and a Discovery

In 2014, Cindy built her first online business, a directory and job board for crafters, grown entirely through SEO and content. She loved the model: lean, relatively passive, and effective. When SEO began declining, the directory lost traction. She sold it.

What followed was a decade of building for others. Programs. Funnels. Systems. All of it working, and all of it requiring constant effort to sustain.

Years later, she watched a YouTube video explaining that directories were making a comeback because AI loves structured data.
